Plant Science Labs 2.0

In late 2024 and early 2025 we underwent a full scale upgrade of all processing equipment and functionality here at our facility, we call our next phase 

Plant Science Labs 2.0.

Upgrade include:

• New Drum dryer and milling equipment increases capacity by 30%+
• Multiple in-line shearing pumps with up to 100HP capacity for wet milling of raw material ingredients
• Vacuum feed conveyance of powders though high capacity liquid cooled air swept mills reducing particle size to #80 mesh or finer
• Milled powders are collected in cyclones and vacuum fed through metal detection systems prior to packaging assuring free flowing metal free nutritional powders
• 3000L ribbon blender in house to allow for material blending
• Operational capacity of >200MT per year
